This grassroots organization works with collaborative partners to offer activities to the Early Childhood and Before and After School organizations. We offer the following activities to the child care community:

  • Caregiver Celebration
  • Educational Forums
  • Advocacy Leadership Development
  • Children's Week

Mission of PACF

To identify issues and provide opportunities that promote the provision of quality care for children and their families through education and non-partisan advocacy.


The History of PACF

PACF is a newly organized grassroots organization, formerly known as Child Care Advocacy (CCA), affiliated with the Juvenile Welfare Board (JWB), as a Children’s Services Committee. PACF is incorporated with the State of Florida as a not-for-profit organization and officially holds a tax exempt status.
